Refund policy

At Fandiem Relics, many items sold through our platform are unique collectibles, memorabilia, experiences, or limited-edition merchandise. Because of the nature of these items, all purchases made through FandiemRelics.com are generally final and non-refundable.

By participating in auctions or purchasing merchandise through the Website, you agree to the following refund policy.

1. Auction Purchases

All bids placed in auctions constitute binding offers to purchase.

Once an auction closes and a winning bid is confirmed, the sale is final.

Fandiem Relics does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for auction purchases under any circumstances except in the limited situations described below.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental or mistaken bids

  • Failure to read item descriptions or auction terms

  • Scheduling conflicts for experiences

  • Travel issues or personal circumstances

  • Failure to redeem or schedule an experience within the specified timeframe

  • Changes in artist availability or event timing outside Fandiem’s control

All auction items and experiences are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

2. Merchandise Purchases

Merchandise may also be offered for direct purchase on the Website separate from auctions.

All merchandise sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for merchandise purchases except where required by applicable law.

Images, photographs, and descriptions provided on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and actual merchandise may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences, artist signatures, numbering, or display settings such as screen color calibration.

3. Limited Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered solely at Fandiem’s discretion in the following limited circumstances:

Non-Delivery

If an item or experience cannot be delivered or fulfilled within ninety (90) days of payment, and reasonable efforts to remedy the situation or provide a comparable replacement have failed.

Material Misrepresentation

If an item is proven to be materially different from the description provided in the auction or merchandise listing.

Normal signs of wear, aging, or minor variations common to collectibles and memorabilia do not constitute misrepresentation.

Damaged Merchandise

If merchandise arrives materially damaged or defective, you must notify Fandiem Relics within 7 days of delivery. Fandiem may, at its discretion, offer a replacement item or alternative resolution if inventory is available.

4. Experiences and Event-Based Items

Experiences may include meet-and-greets, backstage access, travel opportunities, or other artist-related events.

These experiences may be affected by circumstances outside of Fandiem’s control, including but not limited to:

  • artist availability

  • tour rescheduling or cancellation

  • venue changes

  • travel restrictions

  • weather or safety concerns

If an experience cannot occur exactly as described, Fandiem will make reasonable efforts to offer a comparable alternative, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Failure to redeem an experience within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture without refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by item.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by their country.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

If a refund is approved, the following may not be refundable where permitted by law:

  • Buyer’s Premium associated with auctions

  • Payment processing fees

  • Shipping and handling costs

  • International wire or currency conversion fees

  • Customs duties or import taxes

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By placing bids or completing purchases on Fandiem Relics, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for purchases made in accordance with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, Fandiem may provide these Terms, order confirmations, and transaction records as evidence to the payment processor.

Accounts that initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
